What's the most devastating weapon in Command and Conquer : Red Alert Series?

There are so many weapons in Command and Conquer : Red Alert Series which can cause a substantial amount of damage to the opposition. But weapons are bigger and better in so many ways. For me, I would go with the Nuclear Missile and the Weather Control Device because of their wide-area destruction and lasting impact on the battlefield.

So, if you're to choose the most devastating weapon which you've used in any of the Red Alert series, which one is going to be your weapon?
