What to do against Grenade spam?

Each time that I go against imperial guard, I end up being destroyed by grenades from the basic infantry as I make use of eldar.

Is there anything that I am doing wrong to win? Do you think I should follow the rangers route and add one dark reaper when I've weakened some of the squads? What do you suggest that I do?

Hrmmm, I've seen a few online game play clips, I would go with some kind of dark reaper strategy to get through it.

I'm not sure much can be done when faced with series of grenades. Just hope it doesn't do much damage, lol. What I mostly do is counter with my own grenades too.
