We don't tend to see these in the UK at all or at least I have not seen any where I have been in the UK.
I do know in some places they are quite popular but do not seem to have caught on in other places. I find places such as the UK and the US tend to eventually get things like this that were available for a while in other Countries.
My guess is they are still going strong in South Korea, despite strong internet at home there.i suppose it's cause it's a social hangout like a bar of sorts.
What are they again I never seen them anymore since late 2000s as it was the days of Windows Xp Xd
Most people have there own single or two PCs setup in there own home as a gaming room nowadays that's what the gaming rooms are like nowadays that people have there own in their own home.
I don't remember seeing any in Kyiv, but now instead we have a few VR clubs. Basicaly the same, but you pay for VR set instead. Me and my friends celebrated our birthdays 4 times in total so far, really cool.
