How long ago did you start playing RTS video games?

In my case, I started playing RTS video games when I was about 6 years old if I remember correctly, I remember that my parents gave me the game Imperivm and that's where it all started, then I bought the next two in the trilogy and later I started playing Warcraft, at what age did you start?

While looking for historical game, I found Age of Empires II. Before that I had never played RTS games. That was back in 2015, I have been playing RTS game for almost 10 years now.

I got into them back in early 2000s, haven't played as many as I would like, but I enjoy what I can.

I don't think it has been up to a year since I started playing RTS games, officially it has not even gotten up to a month. I first came across RTS games a few years back but I was not aware it was called RTS. I just felt the game was different and weird from other games lol.

I started playing rts games as early as 15, and although I never knew the genre of games that I was playing, then I always enjoyed the challenges that it brings. Playing rts games has helped me in a lot of ways.
