Star Wars How Is The Grand Inquisitor Still Alive In Obi-Wan Kenobi?

Reva aka The Third Sister apparently killed The Grand Inquisitor in Obi-Wan Kenobi but for some reason he was able to reveal himself after Darth Vader have beaten Reva stabbed in her gut. The Grand Inquisitor told her that revenge “does wonders for the will to live,”. This implies that his hatred for Reva allowed him to survive a very fatal wound. But I'm wondering if that was all? I think Darth Vader had a hand in The Grand Inquisitor being able to survive.
