Have you ever played underwater RTS?

Underwater RTS games were suggested to me by a gamer friend. He has played Command and conquer and SeaQuest and wants me to give them a trial.
But when I went online there is not much game in the underwater setting, safe for the ones I mentioned.

Have you ever play any underwater RTS that you can recommend.

I have never played any under water RTS games before, I haven't even gotten used to the regular RTS games yet. I doubt it would be that fun compared to the regular RTS games.
