In the second option the logo really feels unnecessary here, just takes space of a good view. I am really curious, where did you get this angle of t3 fighter with such a good resolution?

Both are good and both are clean I Just can't work out what the second one is all about with the white strip line ;P

But as for a Mobile phone wallpaper I would go with the first
