Best World War II RTS Games

I like Company of Heroes Series. These games are usually interpreted as being synonymous with World War II strategy gaming. With a heavy focus on squad-based tactics, destructible environments, and historical accuracy, the series immerses players in iconic battles like D-Day and the Eastern Front. While it is not very popular like Company of Heroes, I think Men of War: Assault Squad 2 is also a great game that is historically accurate and is set in WW2. The attention to detail and emphasis on resource management makes it a great game to play

From my experience and knowledge, World War I & II have inspired so many great, captivating and strategic real time strategy games we have seen in the genre over the years. The one's which are my personal favorites are ; Sudden Strike, Steel Division, Company of Heroes, Men of War, Hearts of Iron IV and World in Conflict which was set during the Cold War era.

Yes, the Company of Heroes series is actually the standard of all of the World War II RTS games. I can attest to this myself because I’ve played before. Now, the strength of this game is the historical depth and realistic gameplay. I think it is neccessary for me to also mention Assault Squad 2 which is indeed very fantastic and I am saying this from experience because it combines resource management with turn based tactical strategies.
