I want to know your kind of play. Do you advance or defend? I think it's the reckless that are so eager to attack the bases of the opponents, while the strategists prefer to create a solid foundation.

Let's discuss on which approach is the best? Share your tactics.

Aggression is key for me. A quick strike quickly can totally devastate the opponents and can undermine their economy. There are cases where early aggression pays off. I have experienced this in the StarCraft II game. Aggressive play is the best since it allows for map control, unit advantage, and ability to put your enemy in disarray.

There's time for attack and time for defense. It's why knowing when to use each tactics is what's going to determine if you're going win or become annihilated. Combination of both attacks and defense makes you more formidable.

I don't overlook the importance of defense. A good base, effective use of traps, timely counter pushes can help a lot. It requires strategic thinking to build up economy and create a defensive play. Some games like Company of Heroes 2 are perfect time wasters. In that case, you need to switch to aggression at the least expected time. Being proactive is key.

I always want to play aggressively when it comes to game style. I am not the type of player who always decides to guard more, and although I've come short a couple of times, it is still the style that makes it fun for me.

I am more into balancing aggression as well as defensive. If I prioritize one over the other, I believe I will not progress in the game. If I become aggressive, I will be prone to attacks, if I am only defensive, I will never win.

I will always choose the strategy that's going to suit me in every situation. If an attack is what's needed to secure victory for me, that's what I'm going to do and vice versa with defense.

Even though I try to balance aggression as well as defense, I am more into aggression because that's what helps you to defeat your enemies and help you win the game.

Aggressive. For me, it's about hitting them early and hitting them hard before they have time to react. That said, there are also times when I have to play defensively, either when I am collecting resources or recovering from a significant battle.

As much as I know how important it is to build on your defenses, I feel more inclined to go on the aggressive attack. I rather find a way to breach someone's defenses than be working hard to stop my own defense from being breached.

I am mostly in between. I advance when I feel I need to, and then there are times when I just simply defend, with no need to waste many resources in attacking.

It appears the ideal position should be to go on the defensive first, before going on the attack. Defence construction benefits me to develop a better economy and plot a good counter strategy. But being aggressive can be fun too, it’s fun to sneak up on one’s enemy and attack.

If you can be able to find a balance in using both of the tactics, it's actually very good because you wouldn't be giving your opponents any chance to have an advantage over your team in any way unlike when one goes on the aggressive but can't win with it and lose on defensive.
