potential issues

well why not just put the energy into batteries into the units ?
1)Batteries are very heavy and big
2) They take relatively long time to recharge
3)Fusion reactor fuel has much better energy density then batteries, so it is more efficient, this is like comparing coal and petrol for using in a car.

1) at least they are way cheaper
2) in 2700 year in the future i don t think so
39 take a hell lot of space and very dangerous explosion if the plasma container is lit

1)Production cost is almost non-existant because of easy 3D printing or what is used, only resources matter
2)Batteries can also violently explode of heated or damaged, especially the high capacity one, and chances of it are higher, since they take a lot of space and so harder to armor

2) the explosion would be less powerfull than the plasma since, well, it s plasma

But is is much less likely, since they take much less space, and so there is extra space for extra armor around them.

noice. how much ? and what happen if a fusion reactor is hit ?
Most probably death if a unit, but if we go with full realism, hit in many different systems could one-shot it. Fusion reactors because of their extreme efficiency can be really small, which decreases the chance of them being hit. Could also have multiple smaller one with blowout panels, so if one is hit, unit is not entirely dead, maybe even has a chance to return for repairs, but I am not sure it is that good of an idea

so can we have a lightsaber unit ?

because you have the energy budget to get a infinite long laser capable to blast anything. also why laser units have range ? does civilians have fusion generator at home ?
1) Energy budget is not that infinite, and light sabre is no a realistic weapon and in general melee is a bad idea. The only reason why Captain crunch is good because it is more an assist unit with mobile factory on the rear and it reclaims everything in its way, some AA, and the way it attack makes sense, since its weapon is a shredder which is extremely tought and so is its front armor, and with it fast forward speed it can be really good a fighting in "corridors" or to push a bunker position
2)They don't need a fusion reactor for home, they can get infinite energy from the Sanctuary itself, it is a giant solar panel, this is the reason why lore lords want second resource to be plasma and not energy, it doesn't make sense that you can be love on energy when you are fighting on biggest power plant built by humanity. And their vehicles? Why not, it is very effective, ecological and doesn't need to be refueled often

1) well why not make death lasers ?
2) how is the energy flux controlled ? is there still internet ? what is new ?

2)Energy flux? What do you mean? And of course there would be internet, why not, how do you expect people and robots to comunitcate with each other?

To be fair, they could use a radio system that doesn't need the internet to function., therefore there is a chance that the internet no longer exists. Sure it'd be a very outdated system, but if it works it works.

They could, but why would they? There is no reason Chosen or EDA would not have internet, especially since they have civilian population under their control, and access to all the information internet has would be extremely useful.

would internet help in a battlefield ?

well why not just put the energy into batteries into the units ?
Because batteries are bad - they take too much space and are heavy. Fuel for fusion reactor has superior energy density that can be easily released(with right technology) and is very easy to refuel. Batteries need time to recharge, but refueling a container with fuel for fusion reactor would take almost no time. And it is not like it would cost much to produce.
