Will most future game support cross play?

Cross platform games makes it possible for you to play any video game that was released in such design on any gaming platform you own. This eliminates the need for making games exclusive to a specific platform.

Do you think all future games would end up being designed to be available on cross platform?

It’s safe to assume that the majority of new games will allow to play with friends across different devices. I like it when it doesn't matter the kind of devices, and when the game makers see that everyone has a chance to play.

I'm pretty sure it will, I can see Xbox dropping out of the console making and just mostly leave Sony, Nintendo and PC. I hope they offer cross play at that point.
