Which of the game villains is the most complicated?

I've come across different kinds of game villains. Some are very simple to take down, while others are extremely difficult to topple. Anyway, to defeat the complicated vampire, you need a special skill. For instance, you need top-level skill to defeat the evil Ganondorf from Zelda.

Well, that's your opinion but in my own case, I would pick Bowser. I have encountered him multiple times, In some, I defeated him and he also defeated me multiple times. I think he is the most deadly valiant because he has plenty of people to protect him.

 

[Legion]

Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII is very complex and that makes it very difficult to predict him. His connection to Cloud makes him even more dangerous. Fought him 12 times before defeating him.

I would say Kafka from FF 6, since you just don't know what is driving that insane clown.
