Which maps do you consider suitable for 1v1,2v2, and 3v3 multiplayer modes in Age of Empire?

The mulitplayer modes in Age of Empires requires one to be able to figure out the best maps for each type of the game that they are playing.

For example, I normally make use of the Black Forest map which is quite popular in Age of Empires II when I play 3v3 multiplayer modes simply because I consider it the best for such. Which ones do you use when playing these multiplayer modes in Age of Empires?
