As we all know that Sanctuary: Shattered Sun has three factions to choose from - Earth Defense Alliance (EDA), The Chosen and The Guard.
So, which among the three factions did you choose? What was the reason behind it?

For me, I felt like the EDA best suits me as a gamer being someone who plays roles like that of a tank, who takes damage for the team and helps them move forward, push the enemy, destroy them and lead the team to victory.
 
EDA, all the way. There is something that appeals to me playing as the most 'basic' human faction. Racial purity maybe? (I kid!) No, the unit deign. Big, blocky, tanky just resonates with me. The EDA was an easy call.
 
The Guard.


The EDA and Chosen started the war. The Guard will finish it.
 
I went with The Chosen, from what we know about them currently they just fit my personality better than the EDA and The Guard. That may change once the game is out and I start playing however.
 
From what I have read regarding the factions, the one that seemed to jump out at me the most was The Chosen. When I looked at the others as well nothing really jumped out at me.

I have done the same on many games where you choose a faction or even a type of character, I go for the one that jumps out at me and suits me as the player of the game.
 
I think it’s fascinating that people have already identified the differences in the factions and chosen picked the one which resonates with them personally.
 
Chosen for the lore. But I prefer the guard design
