Unless it is a full time job where one gets paid for it, gaming should be an activity that you engage in when you are less busy.
But many find it interfering with their work and personal lives. When it gets to this level the matter should be given much attention as it can turn to an unhealthy addiction.
It’s a pastime activity, and should be treated as such.
