Unicorn Overlord

Urhhh, nope. I wouldn't classify it as an RTS game. Because a game deals with strategy doesn't automatically mean it is RTS you know.
 
Unicorn Overlord definitely looks like an interesting game with some RTS elements, though it blends in a bit of tactical RPG too. I haven’t had a chance to play it yet, but from what I’ve seen, it has a unique art style and an engaging fantasy setting. The gameplay seems to focus on commanding units and managing resources, which are key RTS components, but with a bit of extra depth in character progression and tactical battles. I've played and beaten it, also I do believe the game has sold rather well. We're sure to be seeing a second game in the series.

If it's already selling well, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a sequel in the future, especially with its unique blend of RTS and tactical RPG elements. It’s great when a new series gains traction and builds a solid fan base right out of the gate. I’ll definitely have to give it a try now that you’ve mentioned it’s worth playing!

I have played the game and I loved its dynamic overworld and strategic, yet accessible, grid-based battles. It is perfect for fans of tactical RPGs or anyone seeking a fresh fantasy adventure, but this is certainly not a RTS.

Yes, Unicorn Overlord is never a real-time strategy game. It's a turn-based RPG in which the player explores, engages in storytelling, and battles simultaneously. The game sounds very interesting, particularly to anyone with a taste for tactical RPGs.
