Taking it a step further. How 3D is map design? Taking Supcom2 as an example, some of the levels were multi-tiered. Would love to see that.

Maybe this would feature more heavily in areas of the Dyson Sphere which were still under construction with different strata of the sphere to fight over. Taking this one step further, in Total Annihilation battles on Core Prime allowed metal extractors to be placed anywhere (since the world was made of metal!). If these areas close to the construction zones had exposed metal areas maybe this could be a feature. Unlimited mass would make for a very different game. No longer would map control be important and turtles would benefit greatly.
