Will any faction in Sanctuary have a Cybran-esque teleport/laser ability? If so, is there any plans for a teleport inhibitor building? This could have AOE similar to a stealth field or shield generator.

It would be nice to see teleportation technology in the game but I can understand their reasons for not adding it into the game. Ah that's a bit disappointing. Would have been cool to see them implement teleportation tech, but perhaps they will change their minds later in development? Or it could be a new feature to add once the game has been out for a bit. Unlikely, because such a thing is hard to balance. Look at Supreme commander for example. Teleporter is expensive, and straight up useless in 99.9% games for UEF and Aeon, and only useful for Seraphim and Cybran because of their biggest DPS with gun upgrades, and it is very hard to protect from a Cybran commander with 4k DPS teleporting right into your base unless you know about such a strategy before hand. For regular units it is even more OP to have teleportation, because loosing them is not an end unlike commander. This is about offensive use of teleportation. The logistic use of it is not really needed, since you can just use air transports, it is not that hard to do unless you want to drop right into the enemyAh that's a bit disappointing.
