Replayability: What features make Dawn of War a game that you keep coming back to?

This game is so addictive. I like replaying Dawn of War all the time. There are vast array of different factions to play with and each of them has quite unique units and powers. I also like the fact that I am able to compete with my friends online. And of course, the game is never boring.
