Micro vs Macro: What's more important in Dawn of War: micro-managing units or macro-managing resources?

In Dawn of War, you need to be good at two things. First is controlling your units and second is management of your resources. Being able to control your units is similar to being able to tell your troops what to do on the field. These two are very important and you have to be good at them in order to win the game.
