The Terminator franchise was predicting AI and robots. Star Wars predicted robots. What are some other examples?

Oh My Goodness. I was JUST talking to my best friend about how movies have totally forecasted the rise of AI, or virtual reality. Movies like Chappie show off self-aware robots. And Matrix and Ready Player One are all about the idea of immersive virtual worlds.
