How do you feel about the historical accuracy of Age of Empires?

Are the age of empires historically accurate? I was wondering because I'm a fan of history and I like these types of games.

Age of Empires is based on history but not historically accurate. Just like on most entertainment products, Age of Empires exercise a lot of creative freedom to create the game and has no historical accuracy.
