How Do I Optimize Resource Allocation for Different Factions in Supreme Commander?

As a commander, you need to know how to managed resources adequately. Unfortunately, I'm currently having trouble managing my resources in Supreme Commander. I noticed that each of the faction require a different strategy, but I'm currently stuck and not sure of where to start.

I think your best bet is to look for video guides on YouTube. I did a simple search and found this playlist:

To optimize resource allocation, resource management is very important. For UEF, you need to focus on mass-producing resource-gathering units. For Cybran, you also needs a balance between resource and unit production. These should help you out.

I wouldn want you to not overlook the importance of scouting. This lets you know your opponent's faction and strategy and it helps in optimizing your resource allocation. Let's say for example, if you're playing UEF against Cybran, then, you should focus on resource-gathering units and defensive structures.
