How Do I Improve My Unit Production and Build Orders in Supreme Commander?

I'm looking to boost my unit production and build orders in Supreme Commander. How can I optimize my economy and military output to dominate in the battlefield? I have experimented with different strategies but nothing seems to work the way I wanted.

Any ideas?

You need to plan effectively to do this. First thing first, prioritize resource gathering and storage and make sure to balance unit production with economy upgrades as well. It's also very good to focus on key units for your faction and playstyle. This works for me. I hope it does for you too.

I will advise to upgrade factories to increase the production speed and capacity. It is also very important to have advanced factories for high-tech units. Additionally, use hotkeys and shortcuts to manage your production more efficiently.
