Have you use the video game hotlines back in the day?

I can still remember vividly back in the days when we used to call video game hotlines to help us out with tips on our favorite games if we encountered a difficult stage. I used Nintendo hotlines very well back in the days.

What's your experience with using video games hotlines?

The hotlines never went through the few times I tried it. I gave up thinking it was just a gimmick by the game companies to make us think they actually care about us.
So the hotlines actually used to connect?

Yeah! I could remember very well that there are once a video game hotlines. People used the hotlines for tips on games they could not complete back in the day before the introduction of the internet. I remembered the the hotline of Nintendo back in the day.
