GDI's Tank Tactics: Share your favorite tank-based strategies in Command and Conquer

In Command and Conquer, I most like to play with the GDI because they have nice tanks. I would like to know your favorite tank tactics! Which do you prefer, is it the small tank?
Share your ideas! I am in search of the best GDI tank tactics for rescuing the day.

For me, tanks are simply the best. My favorite one is called the Mammoth Mash. I erect large and robust Mammoth Tanks and accompany them with repair engineers. We encircle the enemies ‘territory, destroy their crucial structures and seize the territory for good. My engineers capture the enemy buildings to prevent them from getting supplies. It's really cool!
