Dune 2

Does anybody play Dune 2? I heard it is a very good classic that still holds up today. It is one of the first games that introduced gathering and unit management. have you heard or even tried this game, let me know!

I’ve definitely heard of Dune 2! It's considered a classic in the real-time strategy (RTS) genre and laid the foundation for many of the RTS mechanics we see today, like resource gathering and unit production. While I haven’t played it myself, it’s impressive how much influence it had on later games like Command & Conquer. The combination of its sci-fi setting and strategic depth must have been revolutionary at the time. If you're into retro gaming or interested in the origins of RTS games, it's definitely worth checking out!

I have played Dune 2 back in the day, and I have to say, I really enjoyed it! The game is iconic in a sense that it set the foundation for so many RTS games that followed. That said, I don’t play it these days, mostly because the genre has evolved so much, however, it is a classic game that I will always appreciate.
