Do you report cheaters?

Whenever you're playing online video games and come across those who are cheating to beat your opponents, how does it make you feel?

Do you feel compelled to report such accounts with proof of their cheating? Have any of the accounts you reported been punished?

I don't like cheating in games and that's why I make sure to report anyone engaged in cheating. This isn't fair to others who are playing by the rules. I think it's more fun if everyone plays by the rules.

Usually do, mostly because they cheated against me and I report them mostly out of rage lol.
