Do you play in a relaxed way when playing with friends?

I don't know if it is just me, but there are times when I don't go hard when I am playing with some friends. I will reduce my focus each time that I realise that I am winning, and it is always kind of how I tend to handle it to make them feel like they can win as well. Do you hold back when you play with friends or go all out no matter what's going to happen?

All of my playing buddies are obsessed with winning. We never let off when playing with one another. Everyone wants to win and brag about it. Whenever I'm playing with any of them, I'm always focused on winning.

If the environment is encouraging competitiveness, then there is little or nothing that you can do than to match them fire for fire. The question is then how do newbies get to learn in that type of gaming environment?

What? Not a chance. My friends are my biggest competition. Just one loss and they will laugh at me for days. So I don't relax whenever I play against them, on the contrary, I play more aggressively!

We used to sit on the floor or bean bags, but we're getting up there in age so we sit in recliners and couches right now. Bodies can't take the younger ways of sitting lol.
