Do you play historical strategy games?

I've always thought that strategy games are more enjoyable whenever there's a link or connection of it with history. This is why I've always had an eye for historical strategy games. The best one's which I've played are Civilization V (2010), Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings (1999) and Rome: Total War (2004).
