Do you know rts games with improvised mechanics?

I am really interested in finding out rts games that has features of modifiable weapons and cars in modern Warfare. I mean games where you can combine anti-air guns with tanks, refitting vehicles with scavenged materials and so on. Do you have am idea of any game that offers this level of creativity and freedom to build what you like?
