Dawn of War vs Company of Heroes: Which is the best?

The are two great games. Dawn of War is just a great game similar to a classic space shooter with the elements of base construction. Company of Heroes are strategic war game which is based on the Second World War and it involves fight and action. The two are quite interesting and I can't really pick the best out of them.
