Civilization 7 Will be Available Early 2025

Civilization 7, the highly anticipated strategy game, will be released on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. It will be available on PC via Steam, 2K Games, and the Epic Games Store, as well as on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch consoles.

Players who pre-order deluxe or founders editions will have early access to the game. The game offers a unique approach to gameplay, focusing on diplomacy and cultural achievements. This might sound disappoint to some, so we have to wait and see what the game will have to offer.

I can't imagine there is enough of a change from Civ 6 to justify a £60 price tag!

Not to mention a lot of games see delay these days, be funny to see if this gets delayed at all.

Delays aren't always a bad thing. I'd rather something was delayed and released in a superior state than an early buggy mess. When you're dealing with major studios like this delays are significantly impactful. Just think, if you have a team of 500 working on a game and you delay it for a month, that's another month's payroll before you see any ROI.
